Please help I went to the monetization thing and it said my country is not available for this but I'm in the U.S ( North Carolina)

You have to be with a network.
I wouldn't look into making this a full time job until you have lots of subscribers and are getting a decent amount of views.
Could take you a while especially in this day and age.
