Whenever I try to search for a game I dont have an option to click on a game mode, I got deranked before without trying. Any help would be appreciated. (I attached an imgur link so you can see what im talking about) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

It may be because you got deranked, i got deranked awhile back and haven't been able to play since
