I would definitely tell the police you did not take part in those activities.

Good luck man hope everything works out and goes well.

if there is no evidence to put on you then they cannot press anything on you. If the police come to your house your best bet is to tell them you were sleeping have no clue about anything that went on and say you don't even know why they are at your house. You will be fine, don't stress about it.

002 wrote In the US you're guilty until proven innocent, so basically if you're suspected of something, you're screwed.

All you can do is tell the truth. Don't hand out info, but don't lie. For example, a cop asks "on the night of X did you....?" You just say yes or no. You don't say "yeah, I did it with....".

Don't you mean innocent until proven guilty?

That's how it's supposed to be, but not how it is, so no, I meant guilty until proven innocent lol. That comment tells me you've never been in trouble though, so good job!

If police do contact you, be honest. You do not have to narc on them, but be honest with officers.

If there is no proof then you have nothing to worry about. For you to be convicted, there has to be proof beyond a reasonable doubt

My advice to you is to not snitch on your friends and stay calm

Tell them the truth and say you have no idea what the others did.

It really depends on what they have done, if it's serious then I would just tell the police everything, but you have to remember mate, Scotland is full of people who are committing offences just like you because they have been drinking, I'm sure you'll be all clear. Also, depends on your age, could be done with underage drinking too, so watch out
