I Pre-Ordered and bought out CoD IW + CoD4 RM ( Digital ) $100. I did not get a beta code? Can anyone help me out?

If you bought it from Amazon, you get the code sent via email.
Xbox sends you a email to the account which it was bought from same as PS

for the beta its only xbox and ps4 its download so you dont get a code atleast that was how it was like for cod4(people thought it would be a code to redeem) but they announce that a download is ready on your ps4 if you have a xboner then idk how they work if you ordered it on pc then you are out of luck
