So, I bought a recovery from this guy and he hasn't done it yet and its been about a good 2-4 hours since i paid him. I gave him time because i thought he was busy and had more people to do other than just me but theni strted doubting after he stopped replying. I was wondering if there was anyway i could refund my money back I paid him on paypal through family and friends btw.

it's only been 4 hours. give it a day.
if you sent the money via a gift on paypal (don't use paypal,don't know what the term is) i'm sure it's not possible to get the money back.

I'm a modder and give him 2 days. Shit always happens.
If he will not reply within 2 days then contact staff with as much proof as possible.
Edit: As for money back, file dispute. But don't do it just yet.

If it's though TTG do you have images to show proof? Is so forward them to Famous. But, as said above give it 2 days. Could be a KV ban, stealth run out. Could literally be minor issues. Famous will deal with it as it's his area as a moderator.
EDIT: If it is not dealt with in a week or so. PM me and i'll deal with this personally by doing the pre-mod when i get back online.
