I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on how to get the Horizon Edition cars?

When you get a wheel spin, on the left hand side there is usually an advert saying "you could win this car on this spin" or something like that, every so often one of those will be a Horizon Edition car.

You can also buy them from the auction house, usually found in rare car section but they sell for about 1.2mill + with bidding or 5mill buyouts.

Probably best to wait till the standard edition game comes out, then more people will be winning and selling them, so they should end up cheaper.

Just got a Subaru BRZ Horizon Edition HE XP Boost, how much would you say it is worth on the auction house?

Nice, Most people have been putting the buyout at 5mill but no one is paying that much, most of the bids I have been seeing start low (like 200 thousand) then reach between 1.2mill and 1.8mill for a 1 hour auction.

If you do wont to sell it I would recommend putting the buyout at 2mill as someone may be more tempted to do that, start the bidding at 700 thousand if you can. Either way use your best judgement, compare it to others but thats what I would put it at.

That makes since! Thank you! That helps a lot. I will probably wait till the full release then. Like you said, more people will start selling them.
