Zenyatta is my favorite, however I cant use him all the time. It depends on the match im in.

Favorite overall anytime is ok to use is Lucio

I really like playing support

Attack - Reaper or Mercy
Defend - Ana
I can not use Ana on Attack for some reason it is way to complicated.

I don't know why, but for whatever reason I'm really good at playing support. I also enjoy it so my favorite would be Lucio and Mercy depending on the game mode and what others are playing.

It all depends on who's on my team already.
If there's no healer, I'll obviously pick Mercy.
My go-to character will be D.va.
But I'll always use Genji if both of those are already picked.
