Recently I changed my graphics card to an MSI GTX 1070 and I've been having issues since, everytime I play H1Z1 my CPU and memory keeps hitting 100% and it doesn't matter what settings I use, can anyone help please? if you need more information just ask.

Thanks.

Its a poorly optimized game, no matter what specs it does that.

Over 2k hours into the game and almost 2 years of playing it and since the beginning, the game has been poorly optimized. GPU doesnt matter with this game. It uses all to most of everyones CPU. How they plan on pushing KOTK out of alpha on the 20th blows my mind. Plus with Z2 coming, they said they have fixed the optimization but clearly if you check their reddit page, they haven't. Good game but poorly optimized.

Sounds like your GPU used to be the bottleneck, and now your CPU is lol.

Have you noticed actual worse performance in game since the upgrade, or just that your CPU is now hitting 100% load? Having an unlocked CPU, like a 4690k and overclocking would help, but H1Z1 is a terribly optimised game anyway. Also, how much RAM have you got? 8GB?

Check their reddit. Everyone and their brothers CPUs are at full throttle with this game. It's absolute trash with optimization.

It was running completely fine until I upgraded my GPU, yeah I've got 8GB
