I've been waiting so long for this and the web site only says available 2016. 2016 is almost over! Does anyone know the release date?

Willing to bet it will be pushed back. Wasn't a fan of Riptide but Dead Island 1 was awesome.

Oh damn yeah! I forgot this! The old gameplay looked awesome I can't imagine how it looks now! This has definitely slid under the radar..

Yeah I agree mate. Completed the 1st one so many times. Riptide on the other hand I don't think I completed it. Just sucks that almost 2 years ago they released trailers of the game and it keeps being held back due to they wasn't happy with the outcome or some crap.

They just brought back/definitive edition the last two so I can only expect them to be working on the next one. Hopefully!!!

Yes. Which is a reason as to why I didn't purchase again. I would rather wait for the next one. Hopefully it drops in the next 2 months or so. I'll be pissed if it doesn't.
