Im using HDMi for my main monitor, Which works, But when i try VGA/DVI on the second it wont detect. I put the vga into the GPU and took the HDMI out, This then worked. But when i put my VGA or DVI cable into the Motherboard nothing is found.

This should have went into the PC support forum, but the only thing I can think of is to press the "detect" button on your monitor. Usually that can fix it, it did with my first old monitor with my computer. Also, try to use your "second" monitor as your main monitor. See if it detects it then. If not, then I am clueless, hopefully other will be able to help.

Make sure both HDMI/VGA are going into your GPU and not one in your GPU and one in your motherboard.
