Its a start.

The text is hard to read, which alot of people are getting wrong these days. Even people that have done it for some time.
Surely the banner should show who they are viewing?
Make it stand out more.

I dont like what looks like a huge bevel, creating the lighter border.

Again, its a start, you will improve with time

It's okay, need some improvements, the black text for the social medias is hard to read. It would make more sense if the color of the text to be in a white or something it it would stand out more. Not too keane of the background to be honest. Keep on practicing...

You got some creativity for the banner, that's good.

You just need to work on making the image fond to the eyes, know what I'm saying?

All in all it's a good start and keep doing work you will improve.
