PC Upgrade Help

I'm getting some spare money I can use to get some upgrades for my PC. I just built it this summer but I'm so obsessed I just want to make it better.
BUDGET: Around $400 USD, can do $500 if I need to.

I'm looking into getting a new mouse, more RAM, maybe even another SSD & maybe new PSU. Also looking into a 144hz monitor (probably not this upgrade but soon) because I play a lots of FPS games & I know that makes a difference.
I was really leaning towards the Corsair M65 Pro RGB for the mouse, did a lot of research & it seems perfect for me.
I'm not sure on the best of the parts or I even should upgrade those parts.

Not much point upgrading if it's not necessary. Need to know what your system doesn't do that you want it to, or isn't doing well enough. I'd say add another 8GB RAM, get a nice SSD and buy a cheap aftermarket cooler. Other than that, not much you really need to do so you could get a new mouse and/or monitor If you wanted to. Don't go 1080p 144Hz though, they're all crappy TN panels. I'd suggest some sort of IPS panel with Freesync, either 2560x1080 or 2560x1440.
