I reset my phone recently and set it up as a "new iPhone". When everything was set up, cydia was still on my phone and I re-jailbroke it but when I did.. I couldn't search for anything on cydia and comes up with an error message on my phone. Any idea what I should do to get cydia working again?

The error messages are:
"Could not open file/var/lib/dpkg/status - open(2 no such file or directory)"
&
"The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened"

Question, when you say reset do you mean you went into your Setting app and reset your device or did you do a restore via iTunes on your computer?

Your not supposed to reset your device this way, Either use Cydia impactor or restore via iTunes. Doing it how you did will mess up your phone and you'll need to restore. I accidentally did this with my old iPhone.
