We need to know what you'll be mainly using it for, gaming, editing, streaming? Do you need a monitor, OS, keyboard and mouse too?

We need to know what exactly you need within budget, and what you'll be using the system for, otherwise we can't properly assist you. Also, in addition to either the simple or detailed form(in the section rules), we need to know whether you have an interest in overclocking, or if you'd prefer to completely avoid it?
Don't just answer some of the questions, otherwise we can't help.
