Damn that sucks, if you haven't already try getting your friends to prefer you even though Xbox says they adjust the system for false reports I don't think it works all that great. That would be your best bet.

When you search for a game have a friend join as youre searching. The only way to get out of Avoid Me rep is to play games. I dont get how xbox expects us to do that when were "banned" from finding a game. All I play is Halo 5 and I've been in the Avoid Me rep a couple times so I'm not sure if having your friend join while searching works in other games, worth a try tho.

Yeah usually you'll get avoided for like trash talking or being mouthy to other players. I'd recommend sticking to party chat or don't use a mic if you can't hold the rage in lol.

You can load up enforcement.xbox.com and view your rep to see what you've been avoided for to help getting avoided in the future. I know I've been avoided a few times because I usually have like a 5.0 K/D or higher in most games (wrecking kids in other words) and I may get avoided for it because of my skill level.... LOL ;)
