Is it just me that thinks Steam needs to update their UI?

I don't know about you guys but in my opinion, it looks quite dated and old. I love Steam, and will always use it, but I feel like it could look much better. I know it doesn't use much resources running in the background, but still. I just think it doesn't look as on par, compared to Origin, uPlay etc.

Personally, I've never heard of that. I'll take a look into it.

Thanks

I actually really like it, but you can download skins for steam. If you google it, you should be able to find a tutorial and some nice skins, like metro that someone mentioned above. Steam actually supports people that makes skins, and it's in their settings.

As said above. Look how to add custom skins.

I use "Metro for Steam" and it's pretty nice.

As said above, Metro for Steam is the way to go, skins are super easy to install, just drag and drop, and select and restart steam

Thanks guys.

I installed Metro last night, and so far I like it. It's definitely better than the default UI. Won't be changing back anytime soon.

I think Metro for Steam is what a large majority of people use. It looks a lot more well put together than the original Steam UI.
