What a douche, but yea contact the admins and they will figure out a punishment for him. But next time you are doing business like that. Make them pay for "Goods and Services" and if something similar happens Paypal and give your money back

Next time deal in Bitcoins. Best way to do it without having to worry about the money getting taken back. If you have the original email for the Pokemon Go accounts, you can recover them that way. However you have to call customer support and have all the original info that was put in when you first made the account. I have been a middleman for these types of deals before and I can tell you that Paypal is not the way you should handle these deals.
