It's not just Russia in general, for Slavic countries in general we should have our own server. The few games I have gotten in with other Russians or a different Slavic country have almost always been a lot better than other games. The language barrier between Slavic countries, be that Russian, Polish, Czech, Ukrainian, ect would be much better than what it is now with Slavs and English or Slavs and German, French, Italian, ect. To be honest I think servers shouldn't be spread like they are now. There are Americans in European servers, Korean, Chinese and Japanese in American or European, it's a mess sometimes because of ping and language barriers.
