Hey guys haven't really posted my work here, but i done an illustration before that really isn't my best. I'm used to my tablet and since that's broken on me i have to rely on my mouse skills and pentool.

I took some inspiration from daft punk helmet and some google images.

i tried my best to recreate this illustration:

i say i did fairly well, used minimalistic colours. This is a two part so once i finish the second one it'll be posted here.

Don't really need C&C but you do you!

Thanks man, i hate using my mouse and pen tool, takes hours for me to get the shape what i want. Tablet is way easier.

sketch > erase > draw > touch up > done

Coz your the pentool master...

However, the pentool is a much smoother tool once learnt.

I can draw really well, so i know what i'm looking for most of the time, with pentool i can't it takes hours just to get a basic shape of what i want. But i respect you

Also here is a quick update on how the second mask is coming along:

Illustrator I assume? It looks really good. I'm not the one to never give feedback but I can't really give any here.

9.5/10

Wow thanks man i appreciate the 9.5 rating but it's far from perfect. I still have some room to improve maybe my next helmet will be better

EDIT: yes it's illustrator, i use it all the time for things like this, photoshop i mainly use for:

Social media or touchups on photos i've taken.
