I hope you're joking. Gatorade replenishes electrolytes. Your body soaks up these electrolytes quicker because your electrolytes are depleted from exercise, and they soak up the water right along with it. Gfuel does not have as much electrolytes but has about the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. Gatorade does not have caffeine.

One average cup of coffee = 80MG of caffeine
One scoop of Gfuel = 150MG of caffeine.

So you're taking almost twice the amount of caffeine in one scoop of Gfuel than a full cup of coffee contains. There's also lots of people who take two or three scoops in their Gfuel.

Here's the ingredients in a Gfuel tub, take notice of the ridiculous amounts of vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 and I'm not even going to mention the caffeine. They have these crazy amounts of substances because they're extremely cheap to make and people actually believe that it's healthy because it has the word "vitamin" infront of it.

Gfuel is not healthy, it's filled with caffeine and made solely for the intention to allow YouTubers to exploit their fans and make them buy something that they completely don't need.

For all who don't know, caffeine is a drug and it's extremely addictive. If you buy Gfuel and drink it everyday then you will literally think it's an amazing product because on days you don't drink it, you will feel tired and depressed. Simply because you've become addicted to caffeine.

Seriously, they're marketing a product that's made for giving energy to people who sit infront of a screen all day and play games. If a healthy teenager or adult gets exhausted from playing a video game for a couple of hours then they have serious health issues and should not be taking Gfuel. Gatorade (Although it isn't available where I'm from) is a far better alternative. It wont get you addicted and it's not ridiculously expensive. It's insulting to people who work twenty four hour shifts or difficult jobs to say that kids need energy drinks to sit still for a couple of hours.
