Please Read ALL to see if you can help (yes I know it is a lot to read but I'd be really grateful for some help or past experience)
I'm on Xbox One and my game seems to crash at any entrance of Concord (from Sanctuary, the Diner, Thicket Excavations.)
I'm running mods and would like to know if anyone has had this problem and fixed it. I've had plenty of load order problems so another one wouldn't surprise me but it would be hard for me to understand how that's even possible as it was fine until I reached a certain part in the storyline that it crashed. This is NOT the first time this happend. I've started 2 new characters over for this exact same reason and same outcome.

I just finished saving Nick Valentine.
Further Explanation:
At the start of new characters there are no problems entering or leaving concord but as I progress through the story eventually I get this unfortunate crash traveling to Sanctuary on my survival character. Then I have to restart the game and hope it lets me through this time. Sometimes it will sometimes I have to try it like 4 times before it lets me pass the road(s) where Concord begins.
Solutions I've Seen Posted Around But didn't work:
1 Hard Reset Console
2 Reinstall All mods after clearing reserved space
Solutions I've Seen Posted Around but HAVE NOT tried:
1 Reinstall Fallout 4
Why not you ask? My internet is well... trash, like 3mb down .4up trash. It will take 3-4 days to install this whole game over.
I'm hoping for a quick fix but if that's the only fix and it works I'll do it no doubt.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
PS: Typed on my Phone so I apologize for any typos or misunderstandings.

The only thing I could think of is going through each mod one by one and uninstalling until you see which one causes a conflict.
