Honestly though, I'd just get the words "Veni Vidi Vici" written wherever you want them, looks way better in my opinion and it will cost a lot less.

I've seen loads of different "Veni Vidi Vici" tatoos on a lot of different people, it's really popular at the moment. It's completely up to you of course, it's your tatoo. Get whatever you think looks best

A tattoo artist is there for a reason, of course he/she could do it for you. It's possible to have, whatever tattoo you want they'll do as long you explain what you want, colors, shading, and the image you want on your skin. I would draw out (draft copy what you want for the tattoo) I think they can do it for you.

If you go to a professional tattoo artist anything is possible

The reason you can't find that tattoo on google is because typography animal tattoos are just a bad idea. Someone on this post said it would be more expensive, but I think you will have a hard time trying to find an artist that wants to make what you want. That would be a lot of text for a good size lion head and it will never look as good as a bad ass lion with the text under it. Which one of these do you think looks better?

If I'm thinking the design I have in my head which was the tattoo made out of the letters but form out to look like a lion then yeah I'd say it is. I've seen something like that before on Facebook

I'm a graphic designer and if you want I could make you a mockup that you could show the artist?

Everything's possible pal just make sure the artist is comfortable and clear of what you want.
