I am not sure why, but for me the social club has been like this for me for awhile, I have no idea how to fix it or what...

It happens to me some times so I just reset my router because my internet is really slow or like you click something and it changes to that

Try clearing cache and cookies in the browser. Are you using Chrome ?

Just tried clearing it and it did nothing. I am also using Chrome.

Clearing cookies / cache usually helps. Try using a different browser and see if it does it on there also?

I don't think that's the issue, i've tried this in two separate routers

It's your Internet connection man, it doesn't load the page fully.

Seems like the page hasn't fully loaded properly so fresh the page (F5) or try another browser.
