I'm trying to play battlefield 4 on my Xbox one, and when I load up the game it skips past the beginning cut scenes and jumps straight to the screen that gives me the option for multiplayer, campaign, premium, my soldier, etc etc.. And it doesn't let me move up or down or click on anything. The background music is playing and the rain ainumation is still working. How do I fix this? It is un playable
