I have a level 5 Warwick and a level 6 Ashe. I don`t know how to advance further without paying real money though. I have both Mastery 6 tokens for Warwicks level 6, and all three Mastery 7 tokens for ashe... I don`t know how to get the Ashe Permanent or an Ashe Shard without spending money on the game. IDEK how I got one for level 6 on Ashe in the first place.

buy the 1700ip champ shards and hope you have luck
or save up champ shards and turn them to blue essence

Buy the 1700 IP champion shards on the store then you can turn them into blue essence.
