I need help. My Eso plus is not on my account on the game anymore. But I'm still subscribed and am still getting charged the 15 a month. How do I fix it.

go to my games and apps, press start on eso, goto manage game, delete your saved data and restart your game thats how i fixed mine

i canceled my eso plus then i re purchased it , worked fine

Same thing happened to me, when I was inactive I missed 2 months of crowns but just send them a customer support ticket and they'll give you it back
