If I was to install Linux on my Laptop would it cause it to become a bit faster? It currently has Windows 7 installed.
The laptop is slow and takes a while to load things up.
Any help would be appreciated!

Linux will run much better than Windows on any computer
But it is also pretty complicated to use and most windows won't work or have troubles working through wine
If you want to teach yourself how to use it then i would go for it but you will have to sacrifice some windows programs
I personally have Linux on one of my laptops and two of my servers so if you need any help just PM me and i can help
