Just want to know if my rank and other stuff will carry over?

Sadly no, everything back then used local game saves so you'd have to still have a 360 and transfer your safe from the 360

If it's multiplayer won't it be saved to the MP servers which would transfer it over to the XB1 pretty sure it will?

I was a pretty high level and my multiplayer save didnt transfer over

Even the multiplayer rank was saved on the 360 console itself, thats why it was extemely easy to take that save and mod your rank whatever you want.
So no, UNLESS you still have that save on your 360 and you upload it to the cloud.

Thanks for the replies guys! Luckily for me I still have my 360 and completely forgot the MP is a game save.
I'd be lost without being lvl 50 with my zebra donkey lol
