Budget: $800USD (I am from Canada, a little over is okay if needed)

Monitor, Keyboard & Mouse: Do not need these.

Operating System: Windows 10 (Free DL)

Games: CSGO, Runescape, LoL, Overwatch ect (nothing fancy)

What will I use the PC for?
I want to be able to use an avermedia or another recording device to stream my Xbox One gameplay. If that is not possible for the current budget thats okay try the best you can. I just want to be able to play multiplayer games with my friends, I am not looking for insane graphics. I also like to spend my free time on photoshop every now and then. I also have an Astro A40 Headset w/Mixamp which has 7.1 Digital audio and apparently there is something extra you need to have with a PC to utilize this? (Not too sure??). Any help would be greatly appricated with this build as I have requested friends help but I have doubt in their intelligence.

**SIDE NOTES**
Please explain your reasoning of the build. For example, why are you using a 450W power supply instead of a 350W ect... I want to try and understand what is really going on with my system.

Thank you very much to anyone who decides to help out!

I've put this together for you, it's just under $800 at $799.

As you wanted I will do a breakdown of every component and why I chose it.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.2GHz
It's simple why I chose this one. I personally have an i5 4440 @ 3.1GHz. I've never had a single problem with my CPU, and it handles games and multitasking like a champion.

Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate
Being this motherboard is made by MSI, it is a very trustworthy and dependable motherboard. I've had an MSI mobo in my PC for years now. This one has a Z97 chipset, where as mine is only a B85. This motherboard will be great for gaming, as well as everyday computer use.

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury - 16GB
Kingston is one of the most trusted brands when it comes to RAM. HyperX is their line of RAM that promises performance. Due to the release of DDR4, DDR3 RAM prices have dropped significantly lately, with minuscule performance difference. With 16gb, you are an overkill for cheap.

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Having a TB of storage is amazing. I have a WD hard drive with 1 TB, and ever since I built my computer almost 3 years ago, I've continuously downloaded things whenever I wanted and I have still not even used half of my storage yet.

GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 970 Windforce
This GPU will 500% guarantee you run your games on Ultimate with over 100+ fps. 980s being the highest of this category, a 970 will do you fine for your budget. I personally use a GTX 750, while a 780 is highest of the 700 series. I have not found a game yet I can't run well. So a 970 will be more than fine for your needs and go way beyond your needs as well. Plus, the 3 fans on it just make it look 10 times more badass.

Case: Corsair Spec-02
Corsair is one of the leading computer part companies on the market. Their parts are more than reliable and prove to be the best around. You can't go wrong with a Corsair case.

Power Supply: Corsair CX650M
For this build, you only really needed a CX500, but the 650 was on sale and it is the same price. Plus it is semi-modular, making your wire management so much easier.

Overall: You wanted a computer that could run CSGO, Runescape, LoL and Overwatch. This computer can run GTA 5 on Ultimate, while at the same time you are binge watching netflix on your other monitor, and have two internet browser windows open on the third monitor. This computer is an excellent build for what you are wanting, and more.

P.S. My friend uses astros on his computer, which was built in like 2005. This one should be fine to use them on.

GTX 1060 benchmarks should be out tomorrow. It should out-perform a GTX 970 for a lower price, and has all the new tech. 970 is a terrible GPU at this point. Haswell 4460 makes zero sense, as does Z97 chipset. Add an HDD if you want, for mass storage. Still like $100CAD left to play with so you can get a nicer case, or more RAM/storage, or whatever.

Says NVidia, not sure how much I believe that. I'm just waiting for some proper benchmarks.

NDA was kind of lifted today since the card was officially announced. However, reviewers still aren't allowed to release reviews. Card releases on the 19th. I would think we would see reviews before the card launches since that's what happened with the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080. Plus, NVidia would want to see the 1060 out-performing the 480 and this would cause a lot of people to just wait a few more days for a 1060 instead of the 480, so NVidia could steal sales from AMD if reviews are out before the card.

Let's just hope we actually see some $250 1060s because that could be a great GPU.

Although, I'm really pissed that NVidia are trying to phase out multi-GPU set ups, pretty ridiculous.
