Correct me if I'm wrong, but he already has it. He just wants us to rate it.

OP: If you haven't bought it yet, budget and currency?

yes, I want you to rate it. I just overclocked my CPU from 4.4GHz to 4.7GHz. Any higher and my PC crashes.

Not bad. What case and PSU have you got though? Also, what have you got storage wise?

4.7GHz on your 4790k isn't bad. I can hit 4.9GHz with mine, maybe higher but I run at 4.7GHz and it more than does the job. RAM is a bit stupid over-kill IMO, unless you're actually utilising it. Nice GPU, but is that a Founder's Edition 1070? Z97 Gaming 5 is a nice mobo. I had the Z97 Gaming 3 and loved it but needed SLI support so I was going to upgrade to the Gaming 5, but then found a pretty well priced Maximus VII Hero.

Not sure what PSU I have. To know that I'd have to open the case and check it manually but I just put it back together so don't feel like it . I have a 1TB Hard drive but im thinking about getting an SSD and Raid 0 it so my PC boots faster. And yes the 1070 is the founders edition and yes the ram is overkill, you only need 8 gb for gaming but I like to fill all the slots on the motherboard.
