Hey whats up guys , its been a long time ago i've not played GTA Online on xbox one

I just saw some people level 8000 and stuff like that , i want to know if its possible to have mod and cool stuff on xbox one like what i got on my jailbroken ps3

Mod menu and everything cash drop

Please guys dont hate i just need some infos

Nah its not possible

They most likely either got a recovery before they transferred or bought a modded account
