Quality is awesome but the transitions are really rough, it's hard to tell what's happening and hard to foucs

you need to work on p/c also your cines need work here is an amazing tip for you
record your cine in slo mo then in after effects make the key frame from where you want it to start to where you want it to end then what you want to do is drag the sync points to the beats then highlight the snc points you made (key frames) and press F9 then go to graph editor and then make the lines in there go like this /\/

Your velocity needs to be a bit smoother and your pan/crop needs work
