Some installers wont open and CS:GO crashes

Some installers wont open and CS:GO crashesPosted:

So first problem,
So when i go to my downloads and try to start the Spotify or Origin install wizards nothing happens, i have tried downloading them again but nothing happens. i downloaded ts3 after and that wizard opened and so did ones before it but these 2 are bothering me. i have tried running as admin but no luck
Second problem,
CS:GO will randomly crash and before it was at the map loading but now not so much, only thing i can think of is i have 3 gb of ram and my card has 2 could that be the reason? the game runs smooth asf but will crash sometimes. yes i do intend to get more ram but im broke rn aftrer spending $300 in parts
