If it's a actual word it may have some value especially if the word actually means something to someone. but if it's something like DF4, Maybe like $10, Since alot of people has 3/4 letter's now they don't have much value anymore.

Random 3 characters are ugly and ain't worth nothing right now. If it's a actual word that people use a lot than I'm sure you can get money out of it just depending on the tag and how much the buyer really wants it.

I would hold on to it, wait until after Christmas or even longer because the longer you hold it and the more gamertags are created its value will increase.

It all depends on the gamertag - some are worth something, others are not.

Depends on the buyer i would say! If someone really wants that specific GT im sure they would pay a nice amount.
