Are you able to gameshare xbox 360 game dlc on xbox one or does it not work?

Yes you can GameShare Xbox 360 games onto Xbox one me and my friend have done it

Yes, just go to "My games & apps" find the game and click on "manage game" then the DLC should be "ready to install".
