I Jailbroke my iphone 4s ios 8.4 and i did something wrong with cydia so i tried restoring using itunes, instead i clicked restore to backup and now it has a frozen white apple screen, please help, it turns on but it stays at one place

You most likely bricked your phone.
You want to look into soft resets first, or you can attempt a hard reset most likely wont help your case..
keep in mind a hard reset does delete everything.
SOFTRESET: wake/sleep button, and home button down for 20ish seconds until it boots up.
HARD RESET in your case you're locked out. hook the iphone up to your PC and launch itunes, under the summary tab hit erase iphone.
if neither works, replacement is an option
