Idk how they can punish everyone for their fault. they should just patch the issue and move on theres not much else that can be done

I agree. I think it's just a scare tactic. Think about it. they can't even patch it so how are they going to go through the millions of players that are glitching anyway? It's been fun doing it a few times but they should just fix the mistake an go from there with the next update.

They came out themselves saying they were not able to finish the mission. Of course the community will find a way around it its the nature of computing and video games. What isn't right is punishing the community for it, it creates push back.

Patch the glitch move on and cut your loses learn for the next issue that arises because there will be others.

I get it that you may think banning is the right punishment, yet I get it we're glitching and abusing the system.. You've got to remember HACKERS get a 3 day ban, then a perm ban.

Okay now put it this way, a hacker has an advantage over every player.

Now even know we've glitched we're still put into the DarkZone with other players who have this glitch, Item Score is scaled from Inventory, Stash and worn items.

This is my personal opinion on what I think about the punishments, though I don't think we're going to get banned as a good part of the community has done this, even some of the more legit players have done this as they are sick of being killed by higher geared players. Yes many of us have abused this glitch although I think they may reset us or remove our gear.

Why I think they wont ban us, well it's simple they ban hackers for 3 days, You're hacking you're actually ruining the game for users, that's correct us glitchers we're not exactly ruining the experience for everyone we're ruining it for ourselves, when playing in the dark-zone you're matched with people with the same gear as you, so I don't see why other players are complaining about the fact that we're so over powered towards them, I understand that there's a method to play with lower players just to kill them, I think that's unfair on them, though the fact that I've put a lot of time into this game even if I've done the glitch

What's the worst that could happen to us, well you've got to understand that a lot of players have abused this glitch though if they was not so lazy about this type of stuff and patched things from the beta then there wouldn't be so many issues, It states inside the ToS that you're not allowed to abuse exploits, that's not exactly saying you can't abuse a glitch, although an exploit can mean quiet a few things and it is not out there as hey you can't do this glitch, to me it seems more towards hackers even know it's not stated that either, I think they might remove items. Possibly set us back but they will not ban us.

I know that because of a large amount of the community has came across this glitch and know about it they will not ban the users, when I'm searching for matchmaking, I'm asked if I want to do the glitch, ( every single lobby that I get into )

I completely understand the threat and we should know that when you cheat within a game it'll always catch up on you, ( most of the time ) there's been a few times where my friends have been reset and I have not, simply because I was not active on the game when the wave came around.

They knew about this glitch as soon as it started happening, they decided to leave it and let us abuse it, they could and should have taken the servers down to fix this issue ( which they did ) - that day they made it so you could not cause damage to the APC with your weapons, though they did not make it so we could attack it with our sticky bombs, which was found as soon as the servers came back up, they decided to wait until Friday when the patch has already been out for almost a week. They then again do another lazy fix making it so if you shoot the APC it will start the waves. In stead of fixing the shields so you cannot place it through a wall, or place it next to ladders they decided to use the easy method of fixing the glitch. - Again the method with ladders, shields have been around since the beta. although the only thing they fixed in the beta was so that player dated was off hosted so players would find it harder to use hacks to gather an advantage over other players, again that didn't work out very well.

Either way I accept any punishment that I am given if it's a fair punishment for the mistakes of the dev team for not being able to do a decent job at fixing exploits.

- I hope you all the best of luck and that none of you receive a really bad punishment, I'd personally recommend that you don't do the glitch as it's only going to give you more of a chance to be punished.

I agree with Chats's statement 100% its Ubisoft that has chosen to create work around instead of actual fixes until they actually address the issue another work around is going to be found its just that simple.

yeah i agree i think its a scare type of thing , think about if they actually banned people they would lose money , i think their actually suspending people tho, not sure

Yea, At This Point I Think There Just Trying To Scare Us Cause They Know They Cant Do Anything About This Situation
