I've been trying to download Saints Row IV on my Xbox One as it is free with gold this month. However everytime I try on my console it says I am unable to complete it, try again on xbox.com. But, when I log into Xbox.com and attempt to download it, it says error, complete the transaction on my Xbox. I don't know how to fix it, I've checked and my account is a full parental control account and I've never had any problems with previous downloads. any suggestions/ anyone else having the same problem?

Do you have parental restricions on your account? that may be why?

It's not a child account. Fully accessible to all downloads.

The reason I asked was because tottaly out the blue this has happend to me before and some how my account was switched to a child account!
