So I am new to PC building so i got excited when my parts started to come in for my first build. I opened the motherboard and wanted to see what it looked like in person so i ripped it open without thinking and grabbed right onto it. My hands were on the bottom of it but i'm still a little worried because i saw in some instructions that I was supposed to handle it by the corners only. Is this one ruined? is there something i can do to fix it and get the oils from my fingers off of it? Does everybody do this and its never an issue? Help! Thanks!

You don't have to handle the board by the corners. I never had to, i also have never broken anything in my PC. I once had to change a pc from one case to another, my cat sat on the motherboard when i went to the toilet and she knocked it off the bed and the board was purrfectly fine.
