No, it has not. If you'd actually looked, the motherboard, RAM, and HDD were re-used from what you apparently, currently have. The case and PSU were replaced because both your current case, and PSU, are terrible. The APU was replaced with a CPU, sinec the A8-6600k is old, and not very good, the 860k is your best option for FM2+. Plus, you have the budget to add a cooler so you can OC the 860k, or just have better temps at stock.

Easily. The 380 would be more than fine for 1080p. The 390 will be able to max everything at 1080p, and would allow you to upgrade to 1440p or something in the future. The 860k will be your bottleneck, upgrading to Intel, something like an i5 would be beneficial, but you don't have the budget for that unless you don't buy a GPU. I'd recommend buying these upgrades, and saving for an i5 upgrade in the future.

I decided to get the gtx 950 windforce oc I've got it installed etc.. still not happy with my fps as much.. every now and then it will stutter what should I do?

I've got £330 budget I'm just wondering what should my next upgrade be ?
