Hey, i'm looking to buy or build a gaming PC with a maximum budget of $1500 AUD, I need to be able to order the parts to Australia, or be able to buy the parts for the PC at a store, it would be much easier if i could buy the PC pre-built but with things i decide to put into it, as i am very new to this whole thing, and probably won't be able to put it together myself.

If anyone is able to help me out and make a PC for me, that is able to be shipped to, or bought, in Australia, i will gift them 1 month of Gold.

(I haven't been on TTG for a very long time so IDK if the whole gifting gold thing has changed, if it has i'll think of another reward)

I need the PC to be able to run games like Rust, Skyrim, Subnautica and The Culling, for lengthy amounts of time, and on maximum (or near maximum) settings, without (or kept to a minimum) over-heating, or having any FPS drops.

Currently i use a laptop that is able to run these games on high settings for a while, but starts to over-heat and has massive FPS drops. (mainly with Rust and it's memory leak).

Is a PC that can do these things and be kept under or at the price of $1500AUD possible?

If you need any more information about what i want done, please say so and i'll do my best to respond.

Cheers.

Assuming you need a monitor, keyboard and mouse, since you never mentioned. I'm also assuming you've no interest in overclocking.

Cheers, Yeah i needed those things, and i don't reckon i'd have any interest in overclocking, any reason why i'd NEED to do that?

Cheers for giving me a list of things i'd need.

Once i have all the parts, is there like a tutorial i could follow for putting it all together? Obviously there probably wouldn't be a specific tutorial for these exact parts, but if there was a sort of generalized tutorial giving me a basic idea of what go's where and how it stays there that'd be great, because this would be the first PC i'd build. Apart from all these parts is there anything else i'd need to be able to put the PC together? If so are you able to point me in the direction of where i can buy them, cheers.

Most tutorials will give a general run over of what goes where. The manuals that come with the computer are very helpful too, as they're normally filled with pictures to show the parts and the location of different ports, pins, etc.
The only thing I recommend is to have a screwdriver, thermal paste and alcohol wipes. You can find them all on Ebay and Amazon.

It's pretty straightforward once you get started on it. Have fun with it!

No need to overclock, but if you did want to overclock, you'd have to spend more money for an unlocked CPU, and a motherboard that would support CPU overclocking.

As for building, it's uber easy, and there are a bunch of videos/tutorials out there. Take a look at NCIXTechTips, LinusTechTips, JayzTwoCentz, and Tek Syndicate on YouTube. There are a bunch of other channels that are good, but you should find a nice, easy tutorial on one of those 4 channels that will help you build a rig.
