Well technically... They have tons of future releases lined up that haven't released yet.

I just looked up the 6s. I didn't know they finally upgraded their camera. Even at 12 though galaxy had 16 for awhile now and I've never understood why apple didn't upgrade to that or even higher. I've also started with iphone 4 and then went to a galaxy note 3 and now I currently have the galaxy s7. I will probably never ever go back to apple. I think they may be holding back or at least have proto types they are just not ready to release to the public.

I believe they are holding back to an extent. I mean they keep coming out with newer versions of the iPhone and what advances are they bringing technologically? Maybe updating the camera a little, screen size... etc. But an iPhone is an iPhone.

Yes they may be, but that's because Apple was never really ahead of the tech game. Their prototypes and ideas have not been invented but the company, yet much cheaper android phones have better technology than apple, it's their own fault if they want to hold back but by no means are they ahead of technology.

I'm just saying. the military are something like 44 years more advanced in tech, than what is currently released to the public. Seeing as apple is probably the leading technology company, its most likely true.

For everyone saying no, because other companies would be holding back too. Its probable that all the company's are controlled by some higher cooperate entity.. I.E Rothschild, shadow government, whatever.

I wouldn't put it past them.

i think apple is trying to pace themselves on their new products. i mean when you think about it, its basically the rest of the computer market (windows on various different hardware) against apple. this can make it seem like they are holding back though.

i will say i have been disappointed in their recent products. we will see at WWDC if they release a new Mac Pro and a new MBP. if they don't make a HUGE update to this, I'm not sure i can hold out any longer.

I believe Apple is holding back on there releases as they usually release another iPhone every September so they can keep making an annual income as if they were to release it all they would not have a steady income as it will be bought by plenty in the first months maybe years then sales will drop.

Big companies are constantly battling each other to release the best devices and after the newest version of a product has been released its back to the lab again to see what new technology can be used to better their next model so in my opinion I believe that big brand companies aren't holding back on technology at all but actually trying progress their products.
