What happens to credits?

So im closing in on rank 30 (28) and was wondering what would happen to my credits? I know that the currency switches over to phoenix credits but will that mean I lose all my current credits? Or does it transfer over or something like that? Thanks in advance.

no you just earn both credits you dont lose anything

Credits/DZ credits/ Phoenix Credits. Unless you spend them, you will keep them. Although dying in the Dark Zone you will lose a little DZ funds. Nothing else.
