Yeah, i know, the game is meant to be played "the way it is supposed to be" but i personally don't have the time to wait 4 years to max my base nor do i want to gem it.

Is there any way i can Hack/Bot my Clash of Clans game on my iphone 4s (ios 7) ?

coc bots just help you in war their not going to help you progress really fast in the game and all the unlimited gem servers dont carry on to public servers they will only work on that private server but its pointless cause everyone will be maxxed

You are incorrect, their are bots that will basically automate your account.
