Ok I've finally got it working and I'm on the Windows 7 installer but my peripherals aren't working anyone know what's wrong?

By peripherals do you only mean keyboard/mouse? Are you plugging them in to the USB ports on the motherboard or front panel connectors? Have you tried using different USB ports?

Yeah I mean them.. I have tried all the ports on motherboard and on the front of the case they light up but won't work...

Are you sure that the keyboard/mouse actually work, can you try them on a different computer?

I've used them on my laptop.. And when I first started up my PC they worked only when I got to the installer they stopped

So they work when you are in the BIOS? I would try using a fresh Windows installer.

I never got to the BIOS I started up the PC it instantly booted up the installer

Are you booting the installer from a USB stick? When you turn the PC on, spam the Delete, F12 or F8 key and you should come into the BIOS.

Yeah I got in the BIOS and the keyboard and mouse work I have read that I might need a PS/2 keyboard to use?

You shouldn't need a different keyboard/mouse, may I ask why you are using a Windows 7 installer rather than Windows 8.1/10?
