It is quicker yes. But a lot of people have trouble getting him to spawn. For some reason he doesn't spawn for me haha.

True, whenever I load up my game and go there he doesn't spawn, so I just join my friend and he spawns everytime

If your having trouble getting him to spawn do all side mission for that area HR spawns everytime for me now
