Okay, CEX it is then. Yes so if your console is able to jailbreak with that code (CECHG) go for it. Downgrade with a E3 Flasher to 3.55, then go to 3.55 CFW, then 4.65 then 4.78 Online. I would go to DEX because they're a feature with DEX the DEX auto spoofs the online updates so you don't have to wait until the System update comes out DEX already does that but that's your call.
