looking for some of you experts here to make a GTA V PC build for me.

Games looking to play - GTA V

FPS looking to get - 40-50fps 1080p

Budget - $400-550$ the cheaper the better, i have a windows 10 cd.

if you can use pcpartpicker that would be great. thanks in advance to everyone who can help out!

400-550 what? USD? CAD? NZD? AUD? What all do you need? Just a PC, or do you also need peripherals?

I'd get something like that. Add an SSD when you can.
