Hello, someone was saying that they was quitting osrs (which I thought was a obvious scam) and he said that is I offer him money that he will give me back, more than double what I offered him, is this a scam or not?

Some of that stuff is bugged in OSBuddy and since you are using it, so ye might be a scam 9/10
