is Wednesday and Saturday the best day to buy players at their lowest and Monday is the worst day?

I always tend to buy players on wednesday, about an hour after TOTW is announced, prices tend to go low only if the TOTW is very good. If not, then prices will pretty much stay the same. I always thought sunday would be good as well but is not.
